Hello, Ilona! I am reposting your photographs as Full Image (rather than Thumbnail) so they are easier for everyone to see.

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

looks like someone cut down a tree, ..it fell on her....and they left her there...

    or

a statement of new life , springing from a felled tree..

    the gal is well done...imo

I would interpret the subject as mourning. A young life cut down too soon.

As a courtesy, I have run the OP's comment above through Google Translate for those of us who are non-Russian speakers.

"I don't seem to get a serious answer here."

    Surname could be RASKOV

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

Maybe it is. Since it is not written in Cyrillic letters, Raskov is possible.

I found a painting online by a Henri Raskov. The signature looks similar and so does the style of the painting. I have not found further information on this artist.

The signature is visible in a close-up to the left of the page. However, I haven't figured out where it is located in the image of the entire painting.

Signature looks like a match to me. Very different in subject matter, of course.

Hard to tell from OPs close-up photograph as the signature is cropped.

The angle of the "Kov" on the original Raskov and the one in question looks nearly identical. Unless it is a copy, I would say those siggi's are the same

Unfortunately there is not any information for this painter on the internet. I found one image of where you can buy a Giclees but nothing else.
