I found these 2 paintings at a small 2nd hand store today - 1 is by listed Cuban artist Julio Carballosa + 1 of a bull fighter that looks like it's signed W. Workman - does anyone know which Workman this is?
More importantly, what's the best way to clean them? They were stored in the back of a old dry cleaning store turned into a 2nd hand store and they are DIRTY!
I took 1 photo of each inside & 1 in sunlight
    Any help would be appreciated!
PS - The bull fighter is well done, right?
    Thanks!

The Carballosa is quite nice. Sepulveda, Spain. The inscription reads:

    Merry Christmas 1979
    Teresita and Ondina Fernández Villar
    Bethlehem is the key
    Peace and love

The other is an amateur work and not ready for primetime. Likely a copy of something like an image off a bull fight poster.

The matador looks like it’s by A. Shoddy Workman ;-)

The shoddy workman siggy looks like W. Werkman, a Dutch name.
Not all Dutch are master painters.;)
