Oil Painting - Haitian

    Original Oil Painting, from an estate sale, first thought was from Haiti, any other ideas?

    I really don’t know. Yes,could be depicting once traditional village ,Tautira? (or a traditional scene from a similar village) Also not sure at all about the artist. Was thinking maybe H. Uwoli ? or H. Ijwoli (Not finding anyway,so Iam probably wrong) I like the vibrant colours. Looks like tourist/souvenir art to me. Frame looks fairly recent?

    Others will be more helpful. Maybe also take a photo of the back and one showing the full frame.

    Canvas shows it was stapled by hand, doesn't appear to be a store bought prefab.

    A Google Lens search of the full image thinks its from central Africa: Nigeria or Congo.
