At least that's what my searches are coming up with.
This beautiful and heavy, thick glass vase is clear with a beautiful green tint. etched? with plants and birds.
There are two Chinese marks i was hoping to get translated also
It is 7" tall, The glass is 1/2" thick. and it weighs 5 lbs

Not that's it's pertinent, but I'm not familiar with clear & massive Peking glass. Nice piece, though...thanks.

I wonder if this isn’t from Taiwan. There’s some lovely glass coming from there.

Yup, Taiwan label on this one with the same markings. From collectors weekly. 652B890C-05E4-4E4E-8D11-BEBEC10438E7.jpeg

Btw, Peking glass is made in layers even monochrome pieces are layered. Like this. A27B9323-7173-47F2-9AB8-76C39AE45A0C.jpeg

It's not standard Chinese, some form of highly stylised font, Regarding what it is - it's clearly not antique Peking glass which looks nothing like this, it appears to be late 20th century decorative ware.

That's odd that most of these are misidentified as Chinese and Peking.

I suspect Taiwan is a less fashionable name. Or people have never heard of the place!

The lovely modern stuff is that with the unspellable name. Liuliugongfang. It’s gorgeous.

So sorry, I can’t help much. The 4-character mark, something about old-fashioned? The 6-character mark something about King’s treasure? I think it is Taiwan glass/crystal too, maybe Liuligongfang or Tittot or Newworkshop? Very beautiful indeed!
