Can you tell me what letters these are and/or do you recognize the bird mark?

    I am no good at reading these letters I am trying to research the mark but that first letter is difficult to make out I am thinking the next two are SC or SG I also cannot find the same bird head anywhere Any help is very much appreciated fullsizeoutput_3053.jpeg fullsizeoutput_3050.jpeg
