Featured Egyptian? Gold Pearl Ring. Does anyone know what these hallmarks are?

Unfortunately that page is really just a teaser for the 2nd volume of their hallmarks reference books, which are not cheap.

 

The luminescent quality of the pearls, along with their very white colour, make me think they could be Basra pearls.
Basra pearls, from Iraq, are considered the most natural and most prized pearls. They are used a lot in the Middle East and used to be traded to North Africa and India. India still imports Basra pearls for traditional jewellery.
This could be an Iraqi ring, although Syria is also on my list of 'suspects'.
