Painting-old photoframe backing

Hi all,I have had this painting for quite some time. At the time I was surprised to find it being used as the backing on a old photo frame. Its 48x27cm. Was wondering if someone maybe recognises the artist signature? Thank you for any comments

 

Our ever blurry myopic take on the sig was W.Sutter93, or possibly --53...

Going on the assumption that the last letter in the name is an r ,I think the name reads Chris ?lter.53 with the missing letter either a , o ,or u

 

Had another look at signature and possibly Christoffer .It might be a first name or surname!!!
