So these are what the title is referring to, both not very big at all, I've had them a while but never really did any looking on either. Threaded vase is 4.25 inches tall and from what I can tell has a ground pontil as you can see there is still a label covering it. The painted vase is 3.5 inches tall and no pontil but is stamped Czecho Slovakia

The one on the left is either "Pallme-Konig Green Veined" or "Kralik Veined"
(I'm leaning towards Kralik on this one)

The other one, I'm not sure but will see if I can figure it out

These are just my thoughts regarding the second vase.

That appears to be a Loetz Mark on the bottom. But I would need to confirm shape and decor. I believe the painting was added after the fact. It is a little sloppy to be factory work. I'll see if I can find that shape/decor.

With your permission, I'd like to post these to a Facebook group I belong to. Folks there have a lot more experience than I.

The one on the right is not a Loetz piece. That mark was commonly found on pieces for Export from various manufacturers.(So it would be tough to nail down exactly who made it)

Do you need that tag on the one on the left? If not, could you post another picture with it removed so we can see the base?

No worries if you want to keep it on. You said you thought it had a polished pontil under it? or do you mean a scar that has been ground down

I tried using the reflection to our advantage so you are able to see the polish to it, I have other vases where it's ground this one is definitely polished.?[IMG]

The vase on the left, is most likely "Kralik"

The vase on the right is a little more interesting. A gentleman called "Carl Horsch" opened a factory in Novy Bor in the Czech Republic in the 1864. They mainly produced Chandeliers and other glassware. They were also a deocrating house. They would purchase glassware from other manufacturers and decorate them for resale (painting, gilding, metal mounts etc) The oval mark on the right piece is a Carl Horsch export mark. So we know this vase at one time was from Carl Horsch. Was it made at their factory and decorated, or was it purchased from another supplier and then decorated there before being exported? I don't know that you could ever find out for sure. I'm guessing this piece is 1906 - 1920

I have been discussing this with Warren Galle - https://sites.google.com/site/bohemianglassandmore/Home and he actually figured out the Carl Horsch mark some time ago.

Here is a link for you

And this oine you might find interesting (I'm not sure if you will be able to view this, so let me know)

No problem at all. I have started collecting Czech glass and this is good research for me.
