did you know that led zeppelin made 4 different covers for their album In Through The Out Door and if you put them together they make a big picture , and if you wet your finger you can rub on the cover and it reveals color .

 

I did not know that, all these neat things you find out from other Record aficionados. I should read up more on historical album covers.

still sorting lol I'm at f/g and have p's on the right cubbie still lots to go hehehe haven't done this in 20 +years , i used to do it regularly when i played them more ,been fun listening to them except for the occasional skip or stick ahhh good times lol

i heard on daily mail tv that record sales outdid cd last/this year,
but i doubt records stores are going to start popping up hehehe

 

Yeah, I think the CD has become more extinct and becoming more of an item found in collectors shops, as far as vinyl, there is a revival but it’s still a niche market, and it’s become cool again for now. I guess digital media/online is the wave to ride for record companies to market artists, way more cost effective as well. I love a good ol’ record.

 

I kinda multi task so i'm working on a few other things all the time lol
I bought these spoon cases and turning them into frames for other things , fixing a friends laptop and cooking , tried to teach my 19 year old daughter to parallel park today (wasn't good lol) not to mention i have a lot of stuff and little room so i have to take them off the bed every night so the wife can sleep lol so i have to find time .

 

A busy life, I have to give you credit for sure. I’m single, just have me, myself, and I for now. It’s amazing how much stuff accumulates, isn’t it?

 

abdo (a friend)brought 2 laptops over and asked me to make one out of them so i had to work on that for awhile

 

ya i have to open a store lol after i sell my chair , make the kids run it lol

Well, having a photography background, I do collect vintage originals, my most notables are a Marilyn Monroe, a few Audrey Hepburn’s, a Bettie Page, Betty Grable, Mary Pickford, and Fay Wray to name a few. I’ve posted some of them to the photograph forum on here.

 

ahhh marlyn hehehe i love her also , i have a roll up window shade with her on it and a photo collage of her with and a mirror in the middle , still looking for the num.1 pb worth a bundle hoping to find one at a garage sale or somewhere lol. i will have to look up my box of pictures of movie stars i bought from a company that did lots of them about 29 years ago , i also bought motorcycle, and recipe ones lol , i also collect old magazines like this one for the stars and the ads
