Does anyone recognize this photograph?

I'm thinking early 70s. These photos of a photo aren't very good, but it was the best I could do at the time. I swear I know this from somewhere, but...

 

It has the looks of either "album cover" or concert poster art, at least to me. There are so many people in it though, it's hard to think of a band that large and diverse.

And with the fellow, ground level left, making the Black Power salute in the air, perhaps some college organization? There are all kinds of odd, artsy arrangements of campus groups' photos in my college yearbooks. (At about that time. )

 

This may not help, but ... it gives me a little chance to practice editing.

 

Gal far right is wearing bell bottoms - so 70s is correct.

What is the guy to the right of Black Power holding? Also the two people kneeling, what is in front to them? Can't tell because of the glare.

 

And they all have their arms crossed, except the black guy in the power pose.

 

I think it's a college group. The thing on the ground is a stick with the bark rotted off. The one I love is the guy up a tree trying to look tough with a cigarette in his mouth. He's such a babyface that he just looks grumpy.

Agree that it might be a college group... students, professors, and maybe grad students. Could be 70s or late 60s.

I tried doing a Google image search but nothing remotely like this turned up.

 

I swear I know it from somewhere... I couldn't find it on Google either.
