    I agree with @janetpjohn & @kentworld.

    Someone with the initials L.J.S. bought a blank Limoges porcelain stein back in 1905 & did the painting.

    Also, be aware that Limoges is a location in France & is not a company name.

    The value would be minimal. If I were selling it I would be happy to get $25.
