It's not good quality furniture. The back and the bottom of the drawer looks to be Plywood. The dovetails are not hand done.

I don't see any Scribe marks for the dovetails. Standard hardware.

The backs and bottoms look like pine to me, which is pretty typical here. Heck, I've an early Georgian mahogany cupboard with pine bottomed and backed drawers. Solid oak wasn't cheap when this was made: I'd have expected a veneer on a cheap thing.

The 3rd pic in reply #21 seems to show a manufacturer's logo in the middle of the door catch/clasp or whatever it is hardware. I have tried to edited the pic in hopes of seeing it better. By cropping, focusing, zooming and inverting the colors, I believe I can make out the letter "S" imposed on circle(s). No doubt there are other things, letters, ... possibly around the circle that I can't make out. If the logo was more visible, there is a slight possibility the hardware maker could be IDed with hopes of better dating the piece. I am including edited pics of the best I can do with the logo. I can't spot anything unusual with the butt hinge hardware other then it looks like stamped steel. If it was a cast iron butt hinge then it would probably date before 1880 when cast iron butt hinges were discontinued.
