Any info on tin(?), aluminum(?) 3D Jesus - w/a buddha mark on forehead(?) + Painting of girl w/cat

I found these at the local thrift store today - I would have passed on the 3D Jesus; I've seen some with the last supper scene, but never Jesus - and with a buddha(?) mark on his forehead?
Can anyone tell me about this piece? Any good?

2nd is a painting of a little girl with a cat; probably just decorative but I liked it & figured for $14.95 it was worth buying & checking here! Can someone tell who the artist is? (I see M. Larne? or Lanne?) It seems like it was painted softly/blurry instead of sharp - is there a reason (hopefully not because it's by a week-end artist who isn't proficient enough to paint sharper yet?)
Is it a good painting?

Last name looks like Larne.

 

It is simply damage. Looks like someone put a paint lid on that forehead and forgot it was there. By the time it was removed, that nasty ring had dried.

• Not doubting just asking - are you sure? Because I can't find another doing a image search on my phone?
• Even if a accident I'd like to find something on it so I can try to list it without an empty space under details! lol

 

I don't think there is another one with exactly the same damage, which is why nothing comes up.

"Repoussé metal Sacred Heart of Jesus".
If you call it that, and mention the damage, you'll be fine.
