What is this, China metal

    Stamp/seal reads Qian Long Nian Zhi, i.e, made in the year of Qian Long. Not sure if it isn't just another copy. Given the fact it's worn out some, might not be a recent copy, if it's one. Could even be the real deal. More pics of the whole piece might be helpful.

    If the centimeter conversion is correct.
    This is 4 plus inches by 3 plus.

    So a small glass size. Made of brass - so maybe a brush holder?
