    Howdy,
Help on this piece please. The only reason I checked it for glow was it came with a lot of uranium glass The flowers are hand painted on the interior so I am assuming this is decorative and not for food use (Yes, I know what happens when you assume). Yellow glass that glows orange would mean it has manganese in it? The plate is yellow but I swear I see a tinge of green but it’s really bright yellow and maybe it just looks like that.

What are your thoughts on this? Any idea of age, maker, origin or use? Why is the bottom dimpled. What type of production does that point to? I don’t see a mold line but would this be pressed glass?

it’s kinda cool and different than anything I’ve ever picked up before

Thank you for any help you provide

I’d think a dressing table set tray. Bohemian enamelled glass.

Oh! That makes sense. That never even occurred to me. Do you have a guess at what type of glass? The yellow is such an odd shade. @Ownedbybear thank you for your response

It’s absolutely typical of a vivid yellow which many makers produced. Often yellow and white spatter, which there’s a name for I’ve entirely forgotten.

@Ownedbybear I wish I knew what to call the color. I have a top hat in just about the same color and I cannot locate another thing in it to know the name. Making me bonkers. Lol
