    ~8 1/4" long, ~125 grams.
I cannot read the name on either one; no other marking. The bowl shape, an' pattern (same both sides) may offer clues...I surely hope!
    Thanks for lookin'!

I've seen this nice Jugendstil pattern before, in both 800 silver and silverplate, without a quality mark, these would be plated. Can't make out the mark (perhaps a retailer?), but this German forum identifies it as Richard Koberlin's No. 2060 pattern:

But at 8 1/4 inches long, that seems too large for sugar, doesn't it?

I'll agree that the bowl is very much like a sugar spoon...but the size doesn't follow that logic. It surely is an exotic an' unusual shape.

At 8 1/4" long it's a regular serving spoon, like for the mashed potatoes or the veggies. How wide is the bowl? If it's narrow, the spoon could be some type of muddler for your chocolate pot for instance.

THese could also be soup spoons. My mother used to call them tablespoons for when you need a larger spoon than a teaspoon. In this shape they might be called gumbo spoons. (there are also bouillion spoons and cream soup spoons which are smaller).
