    From my collection.
A 1957 mint condition Decca 45 rpm of Walkin' After Midnight/A Poor Man's Roses. Pictured as well is the original rare picture sleeve it came with.

I have yet to see a picture sleeve out there in near as good of condition. I have seen a few for sale in the vintage record market, but they were less than impressive condition wise. They are tough to find.
This is another Patsy Cline item in my collection I treasure very much.

That number has special meaning here.

What would also have special meaning at the moment would be if somebody could tell us the proper code for neatly inserting YouTube videos in this forum...

Thank You @antidiem I love both versions. But I did grow up around the house hearing the later version in my Mom & Dad's record collection. I was so lucky I grew up in a house full of great music.

Thought I'd post a little something of Patsy too. How bout a little walk after midnight Hoss? (That's what Patsy would call you if she liked you)

Thanks, but tried that, all that showed was the URL, the link address, not the video.
Figured (even before that) it needed opening and closing tags in brackets -- either [ these ] or < those > , with the URL or "youtube" or "video" or "content" or something inside the brackets. Inspected code for element, inspected page source, used YouTube "embed" code, tried about two dozen combinations of code, nothing worked without also showing half a paragraph of code. Bear in mind we've been building websites from scratch for about twenty years and have had zero trouble posting photos in here...

I tried quoting your post with the video in it and ended up with a screwed up post of my own. I had to completely delete your video post before simply copying the URL worked.
If I quote you it looks like.....

    Vintage Mavens looks like.....

    Mine looks like......

All that <object width="500" height="300" data=" " type="application/x-shockwave-flash"></object> seems to screw things up. Think it is at your end??

This didn't turn out the way I wanted as I can't figure out how to stop the site displaying the video:mad::mad:

Thanks, Misc, you shouldn't have gone to all that trouble but it's much appreciated. Dunno whyzit funny when we try to post a video here -- there's a simple "youtube"-in-brackets snippet of code that works at our own Forum, which is the same as what worked at our Forum's previous hosting service except the enclosing brackets for the tags have changed from < > to [ ] . We tried the BB Code Editor here, too (spanner-on-paper icon at upper right) when we posted last night, which of course also produced ugly results. Ah, well, we'll stick to still photos instead of videos here... Thanks again!
