Anyway to figure out a maker for this Ironstone Soup plate?

Any suggestions on a possible maker for this soup plate? It is obviously hand painted judging by the wear patterns it has some legitimate age. It measures 1.25” deep and is 10” in diameter (7” bowl).

    Thanks!

Mark 17 on that page is attributed to Morley and Ashworth. Godden shows a similar Morley and Ashworth mark with Imperial Ironstone beneath and the company name above, but Godden also says a great number of companies used the Royal Arms.

That is why I had doubts about identifying this piece. Mark 17 as indicated is close, but it does not show the motto on the banners at the bottom. My piece has no manufacturer name on it at all, so I assumed any search would be fruitless, but thought I'd ask any way....some of youse guys have solved bigger mysteries with smaller clues!

Ridgway used Real Ironstone China as a three line impressed mark, but (if I'm reading this correctly) it was used on re-issues of earlier Ashworth patterns.

So I guess both Ashworth and Ridgway are worth a gander.

But Ashworth became Mason's. Never mind, I see what they're saying about the numbers. Confusing.

Can’t recall when Ashworth acquired Mason’s. I also find it confusing, but one of my own favourite plates is impressed Ashworth.
