Sadly, no signature just little scratches which thankfully haven’t cracked her.

I may make a trip to a jeweler once I’ve established myself in the area and get her put on a setting or something.

I think the best thing I can get around here for six dollars is a bottle of gas station wine. :joyful:

Butterfly wing trays and plaques were staple items brought back by merchant seamen many years ago. I could walk into a house and seeing one of those would ask "was there a seaman in your family"? Quite often people were suprised I could suss that out. Brightly coloured souvenir cushion covers were another clue, usually from North Africa.

Not a pendant I would wear, 375 on the bail, came on a plated chain. I having a heck of a job digging out the cement stuff the crystals are stuck into. The earrings are faux pearl but again 375 marked on stems and wingnuts. The pearl double strand has a 925 clasp also marked JKa. Total cost £4 from charity shops today. image.jpg image.jpg

That cameo is gorgeous. I would make a pendant out of it.

    Beautiful, Houseful.

Stuff on a plate. The sterling rosary was in three pieces, I put it back together, $2, estate sale find as in the sterling marcasite brooch, $4, and the Czech? glass earrings, $4. The sterling pendants on the left were from a thrift shop, $5 a piece, the abstract one is heavy. Thirft shop pins, $3, I love when I find rose and pearl pins, my birthstone flower and gem. The pitcher is signed M. Shea. I don't know if this is an old handpainted piece, $3, estate sale.

The one on the far left. The purple jade is probably dyed; otherwise some that color would be set in gold.
