Antique vase or drinking glass? Any clues? Thanks!

    Vase in an epergne style. I suspect 1930s or even 50s rather than antique though. One of a pair.

    There is something about this that makes me think it might be a newer reproduction, looking at photos 3 and 4, but I don't have it in the hand so can't say for sure.

    Upon further inspection, I am in agreement with you. It seems the "patina" is painted on, and it's just too shiny underneath. Oh, well... Thanks, again!

    Upon further inspection and contemplation, I do believe you're correct. The patina does look painted-on. Thank goodness I only paid $1.00... : ) Thanks!
