Can anyone identify this makers mark?

Hello and thank you for reading this. I have a recent thrift store find that I believe may be silver. I'm new to the hobby and topic. It's not magnetic and starts melting ice instantly. These are the only tests I can do until I order the necessary supplies. I've spent a good percentage of the day trying to find this mark without any success. I was hoping someone may have seen the mark or similar piece before??? Any direction or suggestions are appreciated!

Not a silver mark. I agree that it looks more like pewter, but could be something else entirely.

It's pretty small, the pics don't present that well, but pewter is definitely a possibility. Thanks for your comment.

I believe it's a candle holder for tealight candles. Thanks for your reply!

Just wanted to post a quick update. It seems to be pewter or something else. I just learned that a drop of bleach will oxidize silver pretty quickly. Nothing happened. Thanks for the help and putting up with my inexperience.... Have a good night!
