Print or Painting - Koi fish?

I found this last week & it was so unusual that I got it just to check here what I had.
I think it's a print with a hand signed artist signature? But there's no pixels (almost like a watercolor?) & before I take it out of the frame I wanted to check.
The number 3 on the back also makes me think it might be a print?
Any idea what I have or who the artist is?

I love your second image down of the Koi, Journey, but I can't tell if it's a print or watercolor!!! THIRD image down sure looks like it has texture to it!!

Reverse image search got one hit to a site that is all in Japanese (or maybe Chinese?). I'm guessing it is a tribute to an artist that lived between 1905-1998, the web page is dated January 25th 2022. The title of the page has an exclamation point after the text! I can't read a word of it.

After the first three pictures load you have to click text highlighted in orange, more pictures will load underneath that and you can see your painting. Each work of art has a caption underneath it.

I forget the boardies to tag who can read and translate Japanese.
Hopefully someone else will tag the right people to find out if there is actually useful information on that web page.

I hope someone can tell you what kind of print that is. It's very interesting and unusual with all that texture.
