Probably nothing, but thought I would check with you knowledgable folks. Thanks.

All these are from the 60s and 70s, I think, and in pretty rough shape. I think the one on the left is Made in Japan, as it fits others I have seen. Have several, 6-8 of these salad bowls.

The one in the middle I call a fruit bowl, and has some heft to it.

The last one is strange, made with 4 pieces of wood, in bad shape. Have 2 of those.

Anyhow, guess I should toss these?

I have one similar to your last - made of a number of pieces of wood laminated together and then shaped/finished. It does have a lathe hole in the bottom that I don't see on yours and it's probably bigger than yours as well. Acquired in Connecticut (Bridgeport?) in the 70's at a place that sold architectural salvage and leftovers from a variety of pottery and woodcraft companies. Salad bowl in shape and size, so that's what it's always been used for.

Interesting Baker...mine has a cap, in the bottom center. Off these go then! Thank you.

I would keep them and put some beeswax polish on them.
