What is this?

    I picked this up at good will a few years ago I thought it was beautiful I'm not a Dish person but it caught my eye I've been using it on my bed side table like a catch me all anything about it I'd love to know

    Dimensions? Could be for bread, celery, stuff like that.

    This example of the marking on your dish mentions that the pattern name is Engadine.

    Engadine is the pattern name


    T & R BOOTE

    This style of printed mark dates from c.1890-1906

    I suspect you’re using it for its intended purpose, it looks part of a dressing table set.
