NOTREDAME FONTENAY pendant marking

    would need to see the whole item.
    could be a tourist medal of Notre-Dame de Fontenay-le-Comte after they discovered a crypt that was forgotten since the revolution and rediscovered in 1847.

    You didn't mention the kind of metal, gold, plated, base?
    It could be a religious medal, and yes, we would like to see it.:)
    I cropped your photo to see the mark. For a better photo, could you put it down on a piece of white paper? That way you don't have to worry about your hand moving and you can concentrate on getting a good shot of the mark.

    Yes, it is a religious medal, and a pretty one.
    The mark does not look like a French goldmark, so there is no reason to believe it is gold. It could be goldplated base metal, with the mark being a manufacturer's mark. It would be mass produced, religious medals usually are.
