Featured Who's got good eyes? Bracelet mark.

Bought this for the price of a cup of coffee. Super well made, just LOOK at that clasp. the stop is slanted to match the segments. Damned if I can read the mark though. I think it's an RD mark below, but what's above!

 

What a great looking bracelet. A no-brainer for le$$ than a cup of coffee.

I can't make head's or tails out of the mark either. Hopefully someone here will recognize the name!

 

Ooh. Himself may have solved it. He thinks the number is 1138525. That links back to a Pforzheim maker, Schreiber and Hiller who patented links in the thirties.

and not only that, it’s solved who made a couple of other things in the Hoard.

 

I guessed at the number and this came up. This, they say, is a Schreiber & Hiller bracelet marked DRGM 1138525. It's not quite like yours but similar.

Look up DRGM 1138525 or Schreiber and Hiller. Maybe you can find the maker from that?

He has his uses! The last time I dug around on DRGM marks, that article wasn’t up on the web. Very useful it is especially as I’ve the same brooch they show.
