No you don't! That's a modern chair from an Italian company that calls it Louis XVI style. Yours has much more character and authenticity. Both it and the stool would benefit from reupholstery though.

Thanks for all the help. Does anyone have a suggestion on where to go now? I still want to try and identify the chair. I have looked at thousands of chairs online and googled every variation and country and I can't find one even close to it.

 

Needle in proverbial haystack doing so, I'd think. You have origin (European most likely Italian) and era (Edwardian or a tad earlier.) What else do you need?
