Another old-time puzzler? This is butane cigarette lighter in a real glass liqueur bottle. (bottle apears to date to the 1960s) It has a spring loaded mechanism in the base that pops out when you pick up the bottle and creates a spark to light the butane. I can’t seem to find anything like it on the net? The base is marked “BRONICA sole disturber DELFINO PROUDCTS NEW YORK” Anyone ever see anything like this? Thanks for the info! Its just a rather odd item and not really much information on the company who made the. Its nice to see what a new one looked like!

Wine & spirits tchotchke. A little sales incentive. One way to date these types of items is by the distributor. But Browne-Vintners had MARTELL's U.S. distribution rights for a long time, at least since 1957 according to The New York Times. I'd think 1970s too.
