President Clinton Signed Appreciation for Service/Death Certificate?

    I found this at a thrift store yesterday while going to buy an antique coin op chicken shaped egg vending machine - variety is the spice of life, right?!

    What would I call this?
    Do you think this is Clinton's signature or is it a secretary's signature doing it for him?

    I think we got one for my dad when we applied for Military rites at his funeral.

    I have same form letter with JFK signature from father's military honors at national cemetery. looks like a stamped signature to me
