Its me or this painting as be hand modified with horrible white?
I see good price on artprice but i thinks a person have modified this painting?
Still value or not?

 

I agree the white looks strange. What does the entire painting look like?
You probably already know it is Pont Aven or thereabouts.

 

That look like picture with some color on (a little like my hidden mirror)
But the frame look old and the sign look suspicious not older like it must look..
Bad restore and real artist or just a try in cheat ur opinion?
Price under 150

 

If something looks off and the price is good, odds are something is off.

If you don't know, don't buy unless it's for the learning experience.

There we see black color sign is old ..not like what i show

 

My gut says the seller has either honestly misidentified the piece (made a mistake, no evil intent) or is attempting to deceive.

 

It is signed Deyrolles, not Deyrolle. And there is 'ap' before Deyrolles, après?
So after Deyrolle, and the painter got the name wrong?

In the signature, I read "D'ap. Deyrolles" (d'après).
I understand that as it is either a copy either made in style of an original! Plus the fact it says Deyrolles and not Deyrolle, as pointed by Any Jewelry
Agree these thick bright white touches are strange!
In my opinion, you won't make profit on it if you buy for reselling
