My WAG is that this native girl is a native of Central America, maybe Mayan. I haven't been able to find a similar costume. It is an original photo. Any ideas?

I am seeing more Asian (Tibet?, Nepal? Mongolia?) than Central American but with my eyesight it could be a cockerspaniel with wings, so.............

This pic is fuzzy. She has an apron that looks like a native american weaving.
I am still trying to look at Asian folk costumes.

    I agree with Mansons.
Could even be Thai, Burmese or Laos.

She looks like a Montagnard from the Mts. of Vietnam.

Thanks to all of you ! I, was wrong with my WAG. The photo cost $1.00.
The history I learned from surfing the Asian indigenous people, especially the Montagnards and their relationship with our Vietnam Vets is priceless. BTW here in Cincinnati we see Flying Pigs!
