Help ID Amber Glass Square Vase

Blenko maybe?

 

I looked through some Blenko catalogues and didn't see this one -they did do a tall vase with embossed flowers. If I can find my Blenko books I'll have a look tomorrow. I also checked Kanawha and didn't find it.
Maybe Swedish?

 

By the way, what are the fruit? Cherry/apple/peach and ... looks like lemon?

 

Lemon and apple with leaves, to my eye. I'd look at Holmegaard.
