    Tardy is a good reference, but is by no means comprehensive, not surprisingly going into the most depth on French marks - have to wonder if maybe the 'B' in the marks shown were for the Belgrade assay office, perhaps there were other assay offices, assigned other letters or numbers...

    probably lead astray because the mark was pressed on a rounded place and not level.

    That certainly makes it more difficult to see the exact shape. And if led astray by the possible presence of a cocaine spoon as well...;)
