Not exactly what you probably ment when opening this treath, but I am going to post it anyway, because we are so thrilled!
We finally found a house, ... to live and.... store!
We have been searching for quiet a while and got the good news, two days ago, that our offer was accepted.
It has over the 300m2 of storage room.
But I think I better don't tell what is was originaly used for...!!

Congratulations on your new home. We bought our house on July 10th. We did not move in until Nov 05th. It was rough, the heater and air conditioning broke down on July 12th. By the time I scrubbed off the popcorn ceilings had the place painted. We also pulled up all the wall to wall carpeting and replaced with porcelain tile as well as replacing all the electric wiring etc. In the mean while we had to get rid of all the eBay packing materials as well as a 3 story house and garage with a storage loft and not forget the basement and the walk up attic. I will never ever move again, I will be taken out of here feet first and that is it.

Kristiaan, I really like the house and the storage building(s) and the yard.

Could you please tell me what kind of trees are the ones with "drooping" foliage/branches growing along the sides of the back yard of the house?

 

One guess - old privies?

About the tree, I think it is a willow you mean. They come in different forms, don't know the exact transaltion.
The thing with the house is; horses were slaughter and butchered for the meat.
We have a tradition of horse meat over here, that doesn't apply well in the Anglo-Saxon world.....(can't help it!!). It was mainly for the poor back in the old days.
Specialized butchers in horse meat could be found all over the land, but they dissapeard around the '80 ties.
Horse meat can still be found, but in general you have to order it. And most come from Argentina and Poland.
Next picture is the fridge in one of the places, what has to become a store room.
And behind the hall is a extra pasture and stalls where the horses were kept before....

I know they grow quiet fast and branches are used during eastern periode (over here!) to make a "eastern tree's" for decoration...

What does it punch?

 

it punches timeclock paper primarily, But it will punch all types of paper I assume.

Its quite heavy however. I assume 50 lbs.

I was hoping someone might have an idea what its worth!
