Spiked tool

    Any idea what this was made for. Very old, blacksmith made. Spikes are too long and thin to be used as something for ice. Thanks.

    I do believe that it is part of a conveyor belt sort of arrangement - for hay or something..................we had a similar item not long ago on another board......... and of course I completely forget what the conclusions were..............

    the object in question is a wolf collar for protecting a dog from attack by wolves, used mostly in Europe.
