I have searched and searched but cannot find the mark that is on this silver. It was listed as French Art Deco silver, but am not able to find this particle silverware. Any information will be greatly appreciated and/or links to more information.

Silver plated. INOX implies has not been oxidized, the 90gr tells you how much actual silver was used in the plating of a dozen pieces.

The square cartouche is the maker's mark.

INOX actually means inoxidable. That's stainless in French, so the equivalent of that marking. The literal meaning is unoxidisable or if you like, impervious to atmospheric attack, hence stainless. Won't corrode. (I've always thought stainless wasn't a good term, but I'm a language and chemistry geek.)
