Featured Happy Birthday Mama

    At the age of almost 81 my Mother is really difficult to buy for. She loves flowers and still does some flower arranging. I found this flower frog and am going to give this to her for her birthday but I would like to know a little more about it. As you can tell by the pics it has the number "200" on the bottom and what appears to be a paper label(torn off). I've tried to do some research but as you know a lot of companies used paper labels. I found it at a flea market and only paid $25.00.

    why do you called it a flower frog? just curious. All those holes maybe related to incense burning.

    The base construction looks familiar. Possibly California Pottery or pieces that I've seen marked USA.

    Thanks for the responses. I'm pretty sure it's a flower frog and if not I'm sure my mum will make a stunning floral arrangement with it anyway. I'll do some more research and look at some California pottery
