Frustrations ...

I had limited dealings with DDS. I remember I bought a ring at an antique show from the dollar table, and I was trying to ID the markings. He told me I spent too much and to take Brasso to it. Come to find out, it was an Ostby Barton cuttlefish wax cast 14k wedding band. I sold it for over $200, and I let him know on the boards. Shut him up.

 

Ah yes. DSS. The unholy horseman of the Apocalypse, along with majabali, argentosilver and that bloke who's name has left my memory who kept morphing - it has antiques in it, but was not, of course, af. I do not miss them a whit, a spittle or a jot. Nor even a tad.

I had forgotten those cretins..............until you refreshed my memory of course! Fortunately I was not a particular target for any of those fools, only for DSS. When I bother to think about it (quite seldom, I assure you), I still wonder how he obtained so much information about me - and how in the process he managed to MISS so much information about me. He didn't strike me as the type to be discrete about anything.....................

 

I'd also long forgotten the other two, gratefully. Now I'll go back to forgetting about all three of them, since none deserve any memory space whatever. Normally I don't bad-mouth anyone not around to defend themselves, but there are limits.

But now I'm wondering if any of the three could have relocated to Washington DC, in whatever capacity.

 

I'm rather flabbergasted to see so many other addresses were given away. not that I was afraid for myself, but you never know about women and children that are around.

Unfortunately, I'm not certain that wannabe trolls are actually capable of thinking ONCE, let alone TWICE.....................one can only hope.

I'm normally a peace negotiator and pacifist but I have to admit to having totally embarrassingly lost it yesterday.
Hell hath no fury like a mother who's child has had her little world rocked by people who don't think through the ramifications of their actions. People who you trust to look after your child . Sadly the fallout will be ongoing for sometime . I think the person I spoke to yesterday was left in no doubt as to my views but I was proud that I managed to remain polite whilst being furious!. That dragon is an amateur compared to me yesterday.

 

That is the best way.
Always defend your little girl, that is your responsibility as a parent. And no one should ever make a child feel inadequate, or worse.
Standing your ground and making your point using polite language often hits home more than swearing.
I hope the fallout isn't bad or long though. Maybe there is another solution?
