Cup and Saucer Identify

    Good morning,
    Can you please identify this cup and saucer? All I can see saucer has got 3 3 number or M M and some sort of gold paint.

    Saucer Diameter 14.5cm
    Cup diameter 8cm / Height 6.5cm

    Pretty.
    Because of the marks, I would rule out Japan.

    Looks more English, but that is a guess.
    Most likely part of a dinner service and the larger pieces were marked.

    The gold mark most likely is the decorators mark. Again just a guess.

    English, early to mid 19th. It's not a mark, it's a decorator's cipher allowing them to get paid. I'm trying to remember who did that green ground. Davenport, I think. There's a fair bit of early 19th and late 18th had not a mark to its name.
