Antique coverlet made of cut up dress fabrics?

    I'm probably in the minority on the lace, but I like the way it looks.

    I'm ok with the lace but I'd suggest not leaving the quilt in the window for long. I left the crazy quilt my great-grandmother made from the funeral ribbons from my great-grandfather's death on my unused guest bed in a room that wasn't "bright" and the satin started fraying quickly.     Actually, it never made it to the window. I sold it for $50 to a professional fiddler who bought that and an antique top hat.
