This is me beekeeping in Roseneath Ontario,

putting on honey supers looks like ..

I like to go on antique hunting in expeditions and source treasures.

 

Welcome! We are usually a fun and funny group. We are always interested in what other people collect. Awesome that you're a beekeeper. Are you having trouble with keeping your bees alive up there like we are down here south of the border?

Any problems with your bees and declining populations? Or thievery? Those seem to be issues with beekeeping these days. I've imagined I'd keep bees... if I had a place to do it.

yes thievery is an issue however our bee yards are very well hidden and often behind a locked gate

Welcome! I've done a little home bee-keeping, never more than 3 hives. I found it to be fun and interesting; but not sure how it is on the scale you practice!
