ANY idea what signature says on old painting on board?

I found this today at a thrift store - it appears old-ish, and has a signature that I can't make out,
Maybe something to do with what's written on back?
Any help with artist or thoughts on painting would be greatly appreciated!

 

Hey @journeymagazine, I'd say you solved it yourself!!! Don't know how to pronounce it or where it's from, but the top line I'd say is the artist's name...........Lubhir Marshfield?

 

It has newer framer points so no older than 1980s. Painted on Masonite/hardboard.

 

Thanks - nothing came up for that name ÷ the signature looks like it starts with Ch?
Any thoughts on the painting? I'm thinking I maybe should have passed on this one!

 

Lublin-Marshfield. Marshfield seems to be a neighbourhood in or near the town of Lublin in Wisconsin. It is probably where the person who had it framed lives.

 

Lublin is a town in Poland.

Yes, it is, but there is a Lublin in Wisconsin, no doubt named after the Polish town. The combination of Lublin and Marshfield is not a Polish one, but it is a Wisconsin one.
