Where do you think this locket is from?

    Hello, I bought this locket with little information but I thought it was pretty. Its a pearl locket, I opened on of the glass up and "45" was under it. The photos are on a metal of some sort. I was wondering who the maker of the locket was, and what year it was probably made, and curious what these type of jewelry are valued at !

    W&SR is what the siggie looks like. Love the two grumpy-looking kids, who just looked that way due to longish exposure times. Or they might have been grumpy.

    This is Victorian architectural revival with a stylized Lily of the Valley on the front in seed pearls. In Victorian language of flowers it meant a return to happiness but there are other various religious and geographical-specfic meanings.
