Stating it's modern India with no cite is ridiculous. These clasps were and are used all over the Middle East: I've pieces bought in Dubai, Morocco and Turkey. It's absolutely not as old as your rings, but does have some age. I'm thinking maybe Afghan but @Any Jewelry will know.

    Ditto.
She does, and she agrees.;) They are Pashtun bracelets, from Afghanistan.
Nowhere near ancient, but vintage. The Pashtun often use glass, not gemstones. If they use stones it is often lapis lazuli.

There is an overlap in jewellery between the Pashtun and their close relatives, the Kuchi, so sometimes you'll find similar bracelets identified as Kuchi.

The use of glass instead of gemstones in many ethnic jewels is because the inlay is there for its protective colours and expression of identity, rather than its value.
