They kind of look like malachite

 

I am not familiar with malachite but from the pictures online seems like the black and green inclusions runs more like in a pattern across the diameter. Here the black veins are more random running in different directions.

 

I'm getting more of a howlite-dyed-to-look-like-malachite vibe from these.

 

I agree with quirky, not malachite. Most likely dyed something.

Mexico & China make a lot of the dyed howlite.
