    Hi,
2 more pieces I need help with.
#1 - what is this for? looks like a shovel to me, 3 1/2"L 1865 Charles Boyton London
#2 - is this a master butter knife? 7 1/2"L 1876 London George Williams Adams. Also, what is the crest at the top? Looks like a dog but I can't figure out what is in front of him.
    Any information appreciated.
    thanks for looking.

With the short length on the shovel, I would think a master salt, although the British may have had another use for it.

I normally expect a master butter to have the blade turned 90 degrees from the handle, so I'd think that one is a fish knife.

I think I see the dog holding the head of a cat (or other feline animal.)

    As always, JHMO.

The crest is a Boar hound and boar perhaps ?

I agree, it is a boar. Quite common in armorials.

The shovel type spoon could be a simple sugar spoon.
I agee the knife is for fish.

Given the date, I think too small for sugar.
