Found this in a box of old maps (late 19th century to modern). It has a 20p price in pencil so it must have been bought in UK post 1971. Internally clean as a whistle, externally age marked. On thin paper. No indication this is a modern print, it was apparently given out to customers. Any ideas on authenticity and how common this is?

It refers to 'settlers' and 'where you are going' so I'd guess it was handed out to potential emigrants to Canada by the Canadian embassy in London or similar. That's why it has shown up in the UK.

I can't see any reason at all to doubt its authenticity, it probably dates from the 1920s, and I'd say 'rare but not valuable'
