We know only what you show us. It would help us to know why you make these statements. Do you have additional information? What is the size? I do not know what type of thing we are looking at. A cuff link for a shirt sleeve? I am very confused. Are there 2 pieces? In this photo the end with the picture (I do not think it has anything to do with Picasso's Personnage, which I posted on your other thread) is round; the other end is not round:



In the other photo we do not see both ends, but the one we do see is also round:

This piece isn't related to the Picasso piece I think of when you say "Personnage Enfant."

But I am certain I have seen the image somewhere.

But I cannot place it.

I don't know the artist, but if we can narrow down the "inspiration" maybe we can find the manufacturer.

 

I cannot tell if this is supposed to be a functional utilitarian piece of art - like a wax seal stamp or what? I cannot tell from your photos if the round part is double-sided or not? How does this stand up?

I swear I know the scribble in the OP's piece. But I've been through Chagall to Maurice Sendak and can't find it.

The back of my brain is currently saying "Dali", but the front of my brain is saying, "wuh?"

 

On one side of the circle is the figure and on another the date with signature. It is an art plastic, sculpture.

 

Why do you believe it is related to Picasso?

 

The solution is the signature with date. It looks like from ????.
It's about the signature or monogram signe you see a big A that's from the artist
