Featured Is this tree vase a recent student/studio piece or something a little older?

Hello everyone, happy Friday! I picked up this curious twisted looking vase for a few dollars recently, 7.75"H x 3"W. I liked the trees, remind me of Art Nouveau and Art Deco ones. The decoration is quite well done but the finish seems a bit slap dash. Do you think it's modern? a student piece?! I have no idea what the impressed mark is. Opinions welcome :) 326500940_717449003341030_8086543355109273691_n.jpg 326805611_1190769001826155_6190032068437076698_n.jpg 326937688_530608212384277_4637103800033940459_n.jpg 327139766_1180580815905313_6453718655276529126_n.jpg 327020644_702884341359364_8984517314130557949_n.jpg

I think it's old but my opinion isn't worth much in this category.

Love it ! I thought maybe the mark was a tree or a bunch of grapes, but I didnt find anything close to this.

The mark looks like a stick figure man surrounded by lumps and bumps...lol.

@Elen Beattie, are you going to list that or is it a keeper?

Yes that's what I thought- lumps and bumps lol. I bought it because I liked it so I'm happy to keep it BUT, ya know if it is worth selling I wouldn't be opposed to it :hilarious:

Taking a closer look, I think this may be some letters on the rim of the base? May not be and just part of the decoration, unsure. 327516254_3413782788948751_2646949551105828994_n.jpg

perhaps an older eccentric piece (not Ohr), those tree tops are reminiscent of 1920's-30's fairy land motif. But who knows-could've been some espresso fueled Beatnik.
