If it was me, I'd be very tempted to take the 15K. The person interested might be a reseller but think how many hours (years) it would take to resell all of that.

Plus you get your house back!

Of course! If he buys it all it'll be the 3rd time in 4 + years that I've sold the entire contents and filled it up again (once for $9k and once for $12k)!

 

We're thinking we'd move into half the main house & use the 2nd half to have estate sales, thrift store finds etc + I could rent the in-laws house for almost the monthly mortgage cost!
But this weekend I am going to pick a few of the best stuff to keep - I can't help it!
